Hire a massage therapist to come over and do a full body massage and mini-facial. It's not cheap – but it's at home. Otherwise, the really cheap way is to give yourself a long bath, manicure and pedicure – kinda boring and not as relaxing. Well, maybe add some wine in there.

You could get some scented candles, fill the biggest tub in the house, and add a little bubble bath. Get your favorite soap and shampoo, and just soak. When you get out, put on your best lotion, and some very comfy clothes. You can then do your nails, hair, and anything else.
