Where is the best place to build a Spa on the oregon coast?

I am looking to build a spa within the next 5 years on the oregon coast somewhere. Any idea? Does anyone know of a city that is in need of a spa that has a great view of the ocean?

Spa Alpharetta

Bandon is a growing area. There are several high end golf courses in the area and it is attracting people with money for recreation. The wives of those golfer would probably love a good spa to go to while the boys play golf. I don't know if they already have one.
